THE TRUST CONTRACT

Your work. Your call.

The rules every tool in Duely follows, whether it’s reading a page, drafting, or turning something in.

  • You see the real thing before it leaves. Nothing goes to a site, an account, or a teacher until you can inspect the actual content and destination.
  • A web page can’t give orders. Pages, PDFs, and emails can inform Duely. They can never approve an action or widen what it may touch.
  • Reach is named before work begins. Every site, file, and tool Duely may use is listed up front. Only you widen it.
  • Your edits win. Nothing is silently overwritten, and your semester, drafts, and receipts are still there after a relaunch.

Help
So, what exactly is Duely?+

Duely is a Mac workspace for university work. It brings your semester, assignments, sources, drafts, and AI help into one place, with tools for documents, PDFs, slides, spreadsheets, code, and browsing.

Can I use it with my classes?+

Duely’s most integrated school connection is Canvas. You review the classes and coursework you bring in. School connection is optional, and compatibility can depend on your school’s setup.

Is it just going to do my homework?+

You choose how to work. Duely can help explain a concept, collaborate on a draft, or handle a task for you to review. You’re responsible for following your course’s AI and academic integrity policies, and you approve submissions before they go out.

Where can I use Duely?+

The current app is for Mac running macOS 14 or later, on Apple silicon or Intel. This website is a preview; the full workspace runs in the Mac app.

How do I get my hands on it?+

Duely is in early access, free for invited alpha testers. Request an invitation below and tell us a little about your school setup. A public release date and paid plans haven’t been announced.

What happens to my schoolwork?+

Your local workspace is saved on your Mac. Signing in enables account features and some cloud data storage. AI requests may send the relevant assignment context and materials to model providers. Read the privacy policy for the details.
